Call Chirp is an AI-powered meeting transcription and integration platform that provides:

  • Live local transcription of meetings and calls
  • AI-powered meeting assistance
  • Integration with third-party tools and services
  • MCP (Model Context Protocol) server support
  • Automated bot-free meeting joining

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service
  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts

3.2 Account Security

  • You are solely responsible for all activity under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage from unauthorized account access

4. Service Plans and Usage Limits

4.1 Service Tiers

We offer three service tiers:

5. Payment and Billing

  • Important: If you have used your full monthly usage allocation, no refund will be provided for that billing period

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees

6. Acceptable Use Policy

6.3 Call Recording Compliance

When using Call Chirp to record meetings or calls:

  • You MUST inform all participants that the call is being recorded
  • You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable recording laws
  • Recording laws vary by jurisdiction and may require explicit consent
  • You must obtain all necessary permissions before recording
  • We are not responsible for your compliance with recording laws
  • Failure to comply with recording laws may result in immediate account termination

7. Content and Data

7.1 Your Content

  • You retain ownership of all content you submit to our Service
  • You grant us a license to process your content to provide our services
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you upload
  • You must not upload content that violates third-party rights

7.2 Our Content

  • Call Chirp and all related intellectual property belong to us
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content
  • Any feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction

8. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Service Availability and Modifications

  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOST PROFITS
  • SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIABILITY LIMITATIONS, SO THESE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU

12.3 AI and Transcription Accuracy

Important Notice:

  • AI-generated transcriptions may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • You should review all transcriptions for accuracy
  • We are not liable for decisions made based on transcription content
  • Critical information should be verified independently
  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AI AGENT ACTIONS YOU AUTHORIZE
  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR EXTERNAL INTEGRATION FAILURES OR CONSEQUENCES
  • YOU ASSUME ALL RISK FOR ACTIONS TAKEN THROUGH OUR AI AGENTS

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
  • Your failure to comply with call recording legal requirements
  • Any AI agent actions you authorize or approve
  • Any consequences of external integrations you enable
